Please note the referral reward is only valid for the first transaction of friends/connections (referrals) who are new to Vika and enroll themselves in one of our courses. You will be eligible to receive the reward once the referral pays their full fee. Only Vika students/faculty/employees can participate in the referral program.
You will be informed by email once Vika receives your referral details.
Rewards for new learners only. You will not be eligible if a friend/connection already exists in Vika database.

Vika Learn Referral Policy
This Referral policy applies to users who are participating in the Vika Learn Refer and Earn Scheme (the “Scheme”). By participating in this Scheme, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this referral policy (“Policy”) available on the Platform. By accepting this Referral Policy, you agree and undertake to abide by the terms of this policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not participate in the Scheme. Vika Learn reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme, in whole or in part, at any time and in any manner.
- Referrer: means a person who refers someone (friends, family, etc.) for a Vika Learn program.
- Referral: means a person who enrolls in a Vika Learn program through the Referrer's reference.
- Referral Process”: means the process of sharing Referral information by the Referrer. The Referral process is considered complete only when the Referral completes the full payment for the program.
Referral Criteria
The Referrer must share the Referral information with Vika Learn before the Referral completes the admission process. If the Referral has already completed their admission with Vika Learn the Referral Scheme will not be applicable. The referral should not be an existing customer of Vika Learn. Additionally, the Referral must pay the entire fee amount towards the program chosen by them for the Referral Process to be considered complete. The Referrer will be eligible for payment only when the Referral Process is complete.
Terms & Conditions:
Participation in this Vika Learn Refer and Earn Scheme may require you to submit personal information about you and the customers you refer, such as name, contact number and email address. You agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Vika Learn Refer and Earn Scheme, and to allow us to communicate with your friends/connections about your participation (for example,by disclosing to your friends that an invitation was sent by you).Any information collected from you or your referred Candidate as part of the Vika Learn Refer and Earn Scheme will be subject to Vika Learn Terms and Conditions.
